The last time that we went to the pediatric dental clinic near me, they told us that my son is going to need to have braces put on his teeth.
He has been going to this pediatric dentist ever since he was a baby, and they have been really good for us.
My son has only ever had one cavity in the entire time that he has been going to the dental office. He has done really well at keeping his teeth clean and the dental hygienists there taught him how to floss and brush correctly when he was just little. Now that he is getting a little bit older, he is going to have to switch over from a pediatric dental clinic to a regular family dentist office, which he is dreading. The pediatric dentist office has a video game system out in the waiting room and they also have a hippo painted on the ceiling in 3D in the exam room. My son says he is going to miss all of that whenever he has to switch over to a plain old boring dentist office. I guess that’s true. It would probably make me feel better about going to the dentist if I had video games to play and fun stuff painted on the ceiling. I never get a prize when I’m done getting my teeth cleaned either! The dentist should reinstate prizes for grown ups after they get done with their teeth cleanings and they have no cavities. That would probably make a lot of people want to go to the dentist more.
