They did a pretty decent job, but it’s been 3 years since then and the tint is already starting to warp and peel.
I guess I got what I paid for. I called a couple of the window tinting shops near me and most of those places were too expensive. One custom automotive shop tried to talk me into paint protection film for the entire car. I only wanted to get the windows tinted and the guy was trying to talk me into spending thousands of dollars. I didn’t like his sales tactics. I talked to a friend of mine about having the windows tinted and he told me that he knew of a friend with his own small business. The guy was known for doing a great job on window tinting. He also handled vehicle wrapping, paint protection film, and auto detailing. I called the guy yesterday and left a message on his phone. He called me back a couple of hours later. The guy wanted to know how I got his phone number, because he wasn’t really advertising his services online. He sounded really aggravated on the phone, but as soon as I mentioned my friend’s name, his demeanor changed. He offered to come to my home address to give me an estimate for the window tinting and even said that he could install the tint at my property. He also offers additional mobile services like detailing, cleaning, and service repairs.
