I honestly dislike the cold evenings.
Going to sleep is the only way I can certainly get warm. However, my plight is not nearly as terrible as my wifey’s. She has to be the chilliest lady to ever live. She’s the warmest hearted lady I have ever known although she sure gets so affected by the cold. Gratefully, our Heating & A/C has helped her to be able to at least not be cold. Her level of comfort with the indoor temperature is certainly weird. She is forever cold but then can become so overheated so suddenly. The worst is when she is inside the household & the cold is banging away outside. Strangely, she handles being out in the cold so much better. But, I think that is because she is prepared to be cold when she happens to be outside. Inside is a much different matter. She simply can’t find a Heating & A/C setting that she can find at all to be comfortable. Her near constant messing with the thermostat is making me entirely nuts. So, I called the Heating & A/C people to see what they could do to help us. Her method was fairly logical. The Heating & A/C device girl suggested that we switch our Heating & A/C device to a zone control system. This way, the two of us could manage various parts of the household in order for her to have a more finely tuned Heating & A/C environment. That is precisely what we ended up doing & the results have been spectacular. My wifey is now able to effectively manage the Heating & A/C so she can be comfortable in most any section of the household.
