My family and I live in an old farmhouse out in the country.
I absolutely love our house and all of the land surrounding it.
It’s the home that we always wanted, and when we moved in last year, we knew that it was the home of our dreams. We’ve always wanted to live in the country so that we could have horses and chickens. We’ve been loving the country life but now we’ve run into a bit of a problem. The old farmhouse that we’re living in has a really old roof that needs replacing. The roof wasn’t really something that we thought about much when we moved in. However, now that we are getting some roof leaks here and there, a roof is up at the top of our to do list! Since we are living in an old farmhouse, I wanted to get a roof that will look great on a farmhouse. I love those types of tin roofs that look like they are old but they are actually new. I love the different colors that you can get tin roofs in, too. I’ve pretty much decided that when we hire a roofing company to come and replace our old roof, we are going to have them install a tin roof. Now, my problem is deciding which color of tin roof we are going to order for the house. I’m leaning toward a green roof, but I also like the red roofs and the blue roofs that I’ve seen around in other places. We have an old barn on our property and it’s painted red. I think that maybe we should get a red roof so that it will blend in with the barn, but I’m not sure. Maybe we should just get a green roof for the barn, too!
