As a small supplier person, I just don’t have a lot of time to myself.
While I like my job, the demands of a small supplier owner are significant. I opened my supplier out of the shed. However, that didn’t take long before it just wasn’t a sustainable idea. It was time for me to hire people so an office was crucial. The idea was that between the staff as well as myself, all of us could take care of all the janitorial services, I suppose. I would buy the cleaning products and clean after work. The rest of the staff would help with carpet cleaning as well as floor maintenance. However, my little company really took off as well as by the end of the morning, neither myself nor the office staff wanted to have anything to do with office cleaning. My staff practically begged myself and others to take some of our initial earnings as well as use it to pay a commercial cleaning service to come in each evening to do the office cleaning. It made sense to myself and others but I was being a cheapskate about paying for a janitorial business. However, that diagnosed itself because one of the staff was familiar with a maid for hire. She ended up accepting the job as well as comes in each evening to take care of the janitorial services. The maid for hire also does all the floor stripping as well as waxing for us. Hiring a cleaning lady was the best suggestion I have gotten so far.
