I’m certainly frustrated because I’ve been grounded. I legitimately didn’t want to be inside all summer long, especially since I’ve already been locked inside for several months. I was gleeful to finally go out and begin seeing my friends, but I got in trouble. My trouble all began when the central cooling method began breaking down a few weeks ago. It has been harshly sizzling and humid this season, so it was not a large surprise that the central cooling method was struggling. My parents kept hearing our AC system make all sorts of unlucky sounds from outside my window. Whenever the A/C method was pushing cool air into the house, we all said a prayer that it didn’t shut down. Unfortunately, it stopped working. This is when my parents had to call the nearest heating, cooling, and ventilation specialists for an immediate emergency repair. When a heating and cooling specialist arrived at the house, we abruptly showed him to the air conditioning device that wasn’t working. We returned inside and left him to his work. A few hours later, he came inside and told us that the A/C device was fixed. However, he thought we should know that there were several footprints on the top of the air HVAC unit. This is the moment my parents grounded me. They discovered that I was using the central A/C method to crawl out of my window each night. I know that the heating and cooling specialist was only doing his job, but he legitimately ruined my summer.
