The current lodges needed individual heating and cooling systems

When the pandemic hit us all, life changed for millions of people world wide; for many, it was a wake up call of sorts to do what they want with life, and not just stick to the 9 to 5 way, this is what happened to Carlos… He’d been working as an accountant ever since he graduated from college, life revolved around toil and being at home, plus a few social calls here and there.

But, deep down he knew he wanted things to be unusual like they were when he was in college. He and his friends would care about loads of hiking and camping, and they went to some amazing sites, then after losing his job, Carlos decided it was time to do something different, and he thought of this land in the mountains that his Grandpa left for him, then it was about 25 acres as well, and had a main lodge where he went with his family for holidays when he was younger! Carlos had a fantastic amount saved up, so he began building 4 lodges in the area, while also renovating the old one. Then it was simply time to figure out things like utilities, and also heating and cooling. The current lodges needed individual heating and cooling systems. They were too widely spaced out to install a central heating, ventilation, and A/C device to serve all of them. This was according to the heating, ventilation, and A/C expert who came to the home after Carlos contacted a local heating, ventilation, and A/C supplier; She did an inspection and was impressed by the quality of the lodges that Carlos wanted to rent to visitors in the area. Her suggestion was going with heaters and heat pumps for each lodge. That way, the whole furnace would come on during winter, and the heat pump was for the tepid summertime nights.
