The sizable overhaul where I work has been a long time coming.
I’m hopeful that with this sizable reorganization, we’ll be able to get back to our previous levels of productivity plus quality work.
But it’s going to take some time plus effort to get there. Along with a complete change in leadership in our office, all of us also go much better quality heating plus air. Again, something that has needed to be changed for some time. The fact is that our office has lots of square footage that was served by a single control unit. There was no way that this was going to sufficiently cover the entirety of the office with even plus consistent Heating & Air Conditioning. It was better than having no Heating & Air Conditioning at all however not by much. In the winter, most of us brought in space heating systems for our cubicles just to not freeze. And the Summer meant fans at our desks plus even that didn’t make up for the seemingly overwhelmed a/c. As a group, all of us brought the heating plus cooling situation up with our onsite management team only to be ignored. I mean completely ignored when it came to our requests for an Heating & Air Conditioning replace. Well, that was a single of the first things to change when the up-to-date management team took over. It didn’t take a month before there were Heating & Air Conditioning specialists all over the building overhauling our heating plus cooling equipment. Today, the up-to-date management team is far more engaged, positive plus responsive. It makes doing our tasks so much easier. And the up-to-date zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning in the office is just the icing on the cake.
