I had to use the heater when I was in the car on the way to the game, and in between innings when my son wasn’t up to bat, I would just have to run over to the car and turn the heating system on so that I could try and thaw out just a little bit while I had the chance
It’s supposed to be baseball season, but we have been experiencing some really unusually cold weather around here lately. The other night when we went to a game, I had to wear a winter coat, a hat, my snow boots, and gloves. Not only that, but I had to take a fuzzy blanket to cover up with, too! It’s ridiculous if you ask me. You can’t really do anything about the weather, but the weather really should be heating up by now if you ask me. Usually at this time of the year, we are already having to run our air conditioning. Right now, though, I have had to turn the heating up on the thermostat and I’m shivering when I’m outside. It’s just silly. It’s not exactly baseball weather, if you ask me. It’s got to start heating up around here soon, though, right? Unless we are going to have the coldest summer on record, the temperatures have to start climbing in the next couple of weeks or so. I know that later on in the summer I will probably be complaining about the high cooling bills that I have to pay, but honestly, right now I’m looking forward to having to turn on the A/C.
