My husband and I had a really bad week last week and I for one am glad that it’s over.
It was one of those weeks that seemed to go on forever.
Not only that, but it was like every single thing that could go wrong, did go wrong! I overslept and ended up being late to work on Monday morning. I missed a presentation and I got yelled at by my boss. My husband had a flat tire and then he got into a fender bender on the way to work. He was in such a bad mood when he got home that day that we ended up getting into a fight. I was in a bad mood, too, because when I had gotten home that day, the air conditioning system in the house wasn’t working. The weather was really hot and so the house was horribly hot and stuffy. I had been messing around with the thermostat and looking at the A/C for the past two hours, but I couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I finally had given up and called the local HVAC company to have them come out and do an emergency air conditioning repair for me. It turned out that the entire air conditioning system was ruined and we were going to have to buy a completely new central A/C unit. I couldn’t believe it. The entire week was going just terribly for us and I was ready for it to be over. Believe me, when we get that cooling repair bill in the mail it’s going to be yet another bad day for us! I’m not looking forward to that at all, that’s for sure.
