There are days that I feel like I’m honestly doomed.
I have terrible luck and nothing seems like it goes my way.
At that point, I have to wonder what I’m doing to karmically screw myself. Recently, I determined that I must not be acting too cool. This revelation came after months of dealing with an air conditioning drama that just wouldn’t end. Just as I thought that my entire cooling system ordeal is finally over, I found out that I was at the beginning of my air conditioning nightmare. You see, this story all started when I noticed that my indoor air temperature was fluctuating with uneven hot and cold patches throughout the day. I had only been operating the air conditioning system for a couple of weeks since the summer weather started rolling in. Clearly, my AC unit wasn’t in the best condition after a strenuous and humid summer last year. I kept calling out the heating and cooling technician for help with my AC unit, but every time he arrived at my house there seemed to be something new that was going wrong. After every repair, the air conditioner was broken again in a matter of days. I finally broke down and purchased a brand new air conditioning system for my central cooling plan and sat back in utter relaxation as I absorbed the cool air that flowed from my air vents. Less than two minutes later, I heard an enormous banging sound and ran outside to find that my air conditioning system had basically imploded under a massive fallen tree limb. If bad luck isn’t real, I don’t know what this is.
