Trying to do tepid yoga

I would turn my thermostat up all the way and leave for numerous hours, only to return and find that I was nowhere near the required 90 degree indoor air temperature.

I’ve suffered from neck and back pain for quite a long time, but my shoulders and neck periodically seize up and I’m left with a crippling tension headache, and that’s why my friend recommended I started doing yoga to stretch and strengthen my muscles; I started immediately, and noticed a large difference in the tension I had been experiencing, and an overall improvement in body condition; Soon, but, I was trying current sorts of classes to get even more relief from my symptoms, such as tepid yoga. In those classes they crank up the boiler until the room reaches nearly 90 degrees, and the extra heat opens and soothes your muscles. I decided I couldn’t afford to continue paying for classes and wanted to try these techniques at home, but my boiler didn’t seem like it could handle the extra work load. I would turn my thermostat up all the way and leave for numerous hours, only to return and find that I was nowhere near the required 90 degree indoor air temperature. My utility bills were soaring from the extra stress on my central heater, and I realized I had to try something else. I ended up purchasing numerous electric space boilers and plugging them all in simultaneously in the smallest room of my apartment. I couldn’t guess how effective these little electric boilers were! Within an hour the air temperature was perfect, I was able to do my tepid yoga in the comfort of my well heated home, and find all the relief I needed from my sore muscles.
