Not functional without Heating, Ventilation, and A/C

A small draft will send me running to my warm, cozy bed, and I won’t emerge again until the thermostat has been adjusted accordingly… During the Summer I don’t fare any better

I’m not the hardiest woman you’ve ever met, there’s no doubt about it. I’m actually strenuous when it comes to pain and physical ailments, but as far as temperature is anxious, my body doesn’t know how to thrive. I have almost no ability to control my own internal temperature, and I’m at the mercy of the external air temperature 24/7. If the air temperature is even mildly chilly, I’m actually frigid cold, however even a freezing breeze will cover me in goosebumps from head to toe, and it’ll take an external source of heat to hot me back up. At condo I’m constantly bumping up the heat settings so that I can function without being wrapped up in a thick blanket. My girl will be dripping with sweat through her tee shirt, but I can’t drag myself away from the air vents where I’m soaking up as much central heat as possible. A small draft will send me running to my warm, cozy bed, and I won’t emerge again until the thermostat has been adjusted accordingly… During the Summer I don’t fare any better. The heat causes me rapid dehydration and my body overheats faster than seems natural I rely on a/c between May and June to avoid getting sick to my stomach or falling prey to horrible migraines. I know I overuse my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device in both circumstances, but I don’t know how to be a functional adult without powering up my central heating and cooling most afternoons. Thank god I live in new times and can expect Heating, Ventilation, and A/C control to keep me healthy!
