Someday when I have my own condo and I am not renting an apartment, I would love to have a lot of updated things in my home.
- The apartment that I am renting now is certainly outdated.
My proprietor offered some TVs that are certainly old, and not to mention the thermostat on the wall are turn dials. The thermostats are not digital and I am hoping that in the next month or so she will change out the thermostat to either a digital thermostat or a smart thermostat. I have told him plenty of times that installing a more updated thermostat will save him money because you can set the thermostat on a schedule. When I own my own condo someday I certainly want a smart thermostat. This will allow me to control the temperature of my condo when I am away from it or when I am close to my home. During the winter season time I like to set my thermostat up higher than what I have it set to where I am not home, so when I arrive condo my condo will be nice and warm. I also want a certainly efficient heater. The heater that I have in my apartment now is certainly old. It’s those radiant heaters that are linked to the wall. At times I don’t even know how it works so I have to call my proprietor and sometimes she does not know how it works so she has to call the HVAC corporation to maintain the heating. One afternoon I will have a condo that has a smart thermostat and good heating and cooling.
