This guy has been around forever.
I’d say he’s an elder among the HVAC units that are around today.
He doesn’t have the speed that a portable air conditioner and a portable space heater have. Earl is a window air conditioning unit. He knows his place and helps whenever he can. Earl understands his role and sometimes if it isn’t the winter, you can find him in the closet, attic, basement, or even covered up so he doesn’t take any damage during the winter months. He isn’t quite the eldest but he shares a lot of wisdom to any air conditioning unit. He says he has seen it all and has been through some rough times, that I can tell you. Between the day he came to us and today’s day of age, a ton of history has gone by. So when the window air conditioning unit has something to say, you listen up. He does have drawbacks though, like I said at the beginning he isn’t really mobile, Earl has a hard time staying awake due to his age, and he only has one purpose, to cool a small radius down. Everyone that I know loves Earl but his wisdom only goes so far. He only stares at one room mainly and will sometimes transfer to another if he isn’t stored. Earl never came to rule or destroy unlike the portable space heater but to bring bliss and harmony. He wants to be trusted and loves those who need him. The window air conditioner that you may need but don’t know it.
