The Summer months are my least preferred time of the year, but everything is just so sizzling and sweaty and uncomfortable.
Not to mention all of the strain that is put on my poor air conditioner unit.
I have a mostly current a/c and I do my best to take care of it like I know it needs, however occasionally even with the best heating and air conditioner care in the world, the Summer heat takes its toll on it. It is as if the sunlight itself is determined to destroy my air conditioner unit. The sunlight doesn’t even look the same anymore. I remember the sunlight used to look a bright and warm yellow when I was a kid, however it must have gotten hotter over the years because now it shines a bright white color. Now it is so sizzling outside during the Summer months that if I dare to step outside for even ten minutes without some strong sunscreen I’m just asking to get burned. So if that is the effect it has on my skin I can only imagine what it does to my poor air conditioner unit that has no choice however to lay out there and take the heat all morning. I am not the only one that has this complication either, I know some friends of mine that are consistently having their air conditioner units split down during the Summer months. Some of it is because they don’t take correct care of their air conditioner systems, or that their air conditioner systems are ancient. But I know plenty of people that take nice care of their air conditioner system and then it breaks down however they can’t get an appointment because all of the Heating and A/C corporations are swamped with people needing their a/cs repaired. Last time mine broke down it took three weeks to get an appointment!
