If you have never had to travel without a working a/c then you have no idea how uncomfortable it can be! Every year during the hot summer months of June and July I make my annual roadtrip to go and see my cousins. My cousins and I have always been very close to one another and I have many fond memories of playing with them when all of us were little children. Those days bring back fond memories of childhood innocence and time lost. The days back then seemed to drag on forever. I still remember when we would have all the fun in the world during summer vacation and when the schools were out. We were able to see each other all the time because our parents all lived close to one another, but as we grew and the times changed gradually we all started to move away, as was expected of course. However, that never stopped us from remaining close friends and we are to this very day. So every June or July of every year, depending on the weather and our schedules we meet up and have some fun again. Last year we went surfing by the sea and had a great time and we plan to do the same this year. I had already thrown everything into my car and was well on my way when I started having problems with the air conditioning system in my car. It wouldn’t blow hot or cool air but it failed to produce any air at all! I had no choice but to make an unplanned stop at a heating and a/c repair shop. Thankfully, the heating and a/c technicians there were quick and professional and they made quick work of the broken air conditioning unit. It wasn’t long until I was back on the road again, and what a relief it was to have a working a/c. It would have made for a hot and sweaty trip without it!
