Moving out of house & the home inspection my friend and I had done on my first house’s a/c with my dad

Apart from helping me transport all my things to a town three hours away from home, Dad had gone two days earlier to ensure that he did what I thought would be quick Heating & Air Conditioning service & change of the Ac filter.

My dad has worked as an Heating & Air Conditioning specialist since before I was born. He met my mother while he worked for the only Heating & Air Conditioning supplier in our town then, & she’d called about the Heating & Air Conditioning unit in her home when she moved to town for a teaching position at the local school. I won’t go into details about their romance however he’s regularly been her air quality hero because she never struggled to get help with indoor comfort despite living in a home that needed frequent Ac repair, however when they finally built our home, my dad made sure that it got equipped with the best a/c on the market, and by then, he already had his own corporation & was running a house services program around more than 2 citys. Moving away from house meant that the resident Heating & Air Conditioning professional got a current challenge to tackle. He needed to make sure that the home I was moving into had a toiling a/c & that there was no dead animal in the HVAC duct. I found that suggestion wild but I have since learned that animals do get in there & I just grew up Heating & Air Conditioning privileged. Apart from helping me transport all my things to a town three hours away from home, Dad had gone two days earlier to ensure that he did what I thought would be quick Heating & Air Conditioning service & change of the Ac filter. My buddy and I should have known he needed two days because he planned to have the air duct blown & cleaned out of any dirt & contaminant that would make me sick. He argued that the previous residents might have had pests & other hobbies that would remain trapped in the ducts, & I’d be breathing the same air. I had nothing to complain about because it was all free.
