Over the last few years, whenever Ed and I need anything done on the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, Ed and I have had the very same Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist come to the house. Last week, Ed and I called to have the central air conditioning worked on before the summer. Instead of the same Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist, there was a young lady. She was actually polite and did the task well, however I missed the camaraderie Ed and I had built over the years. I was frowning when Ed got to the household from work, and she asked why I was so glum. I told her about the current Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist and I was distraught about how the seasoned Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist hadn’t been there. Ed asked me how various times the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist had been here before. I figured it was at least twice each year for the last ten years. She was someone I could count on seeing when I made the call. Ed asked if I had called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor and inquired about her whereabouts? Ed was going to call the next afternoon. When my wife got to the household from labor the next afternoon, I was feeling better. I had called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor, and they said she had moved on to a better post. She was now working with the present owner and learning the ropes. Next year, she will get to take over as the current owner of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor. I was gleeful for him and asked if there was a way that I could send him a card and congratulate him. She said they would send out notice in about 2 or three months. She said they wanted to send out notice to her typical Heating, Ventilation and A/C customers, however they were waiting until she took ownership of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor.
