My kids plus I have been baking a lot during the past several weeks, however since almost everyone is home at the same time, we have enjoyed a lot of activities enjoy baking, cooking, crafting, plus family times! One thing that the kids enjoy to do is bake cookies, however the two of us have made 100 dozen different kinds of cookies over the past several weeks, then last Sunday, the ventilation system above the range stopped laboring, however i cannot say that I am surprised, because the ventilation system has been on much more frequently than any time in the past.
The two of us have used the oven more during these several weeks then we have in the past 3 years! At least the kitchen smells yummy because the ventilation system is not laboring.
If we were making something odory enjoy fish, lobster, or crab, then the whole kitchen, kitchen, plus pantry would smell enjoy a cannery. I already called someone to help service the ventilation system. I have an appointment busy for tomorrow. The kids plus I will have to settle for baking on another day. I am going to talk to the specialist from the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company to see if they can add a much greater fan above the oven. Since they have to make a repair, now seems enjoy a fine time for an update. I should absolutely ask the specialist to look at the a/c while they are in the house, because it has been making a different noise. I was ignoring the problem, but it could be a major issue! Maybe it is a fine thing that the ventilation fan broke this week.
