Why did they take the central heating and A/C system?

I don’t understand people.

I have been a realtor for several years, however last monthI was in a situation I didn’t know how to deal with.

I sold a condo to a young couple. They loved the house, and it had all the modern appliances you could ask for. The paperwork was in order until they did their final walk-through the afternoon of the closings. It was definitely bad enough the people had unattached all the appliances, however they took the entire heating and A/C system. The boiler and a/c component were brand new, at the behest of their realtor. She told them they couldn’t sell the condo with an actual heating and A/C system that wasn’t laboring. They installed the new heating and A/C system, and they got the price they wanted. After they knew the condo was sold, they took all the appliances, unattached some of the new cottages, and unattached the new heating and A/C system. My clients were devastated and said this wasn’t how the condo looked when they obtained it. They wouldn’t buy the condo without an actual heating and A/C system and appliances. They wanted the heating and A/C system returned, and the appliances and cottages returned, or they wanted their currency back. I called the seller’s realtor, and she thought I was kidding. I reminded her it wasn’t May Fools’ Day, and told her my clients were backing out of the deal. It was the first time either of us had a seller take the heating and A/C system with them. She definitely talked to her sellers, and they refused to return anything they took with them. The partner said she told him to have the new heating and A/C system installed, then despite the fact that she didn’t tell him it had to stay there when they left.
