And wow, is that piece of Heating and Air Conditioning technology ever on point
The afternoons of me having to keep my clothes in my house office are over. My pal and I now have a full on master kitchen and ensuite lavatory. And it’s almost as though my good friend and I have a whole new house. It’s remarkable what this addition and a ductless heat pump has done for our lives. My pal and I were so on the fence for the longest time about whether to sell this venue and get a larger space or stay put. For sure, getting a big pay day from the new real estate market was part of the thinking indeed. My pal and I could have simply substituted the Heating and Air Conditioning component and then sold the house for a honestly tidy profit. But my good friend and I were so hesitant to do that. My pal and I absolutely needed more space however I’m not sure my good friend and I could part with living on this property. When my good friend and I found this venue, the idea was to spruce up the house and the house before moving on to a larger venue. Yet the more my good friend and I ran tests on the 7 acres my good friend and I own, the more my good friend and I got rooted to this patch of earth. So the thing that made the most sense was to simply add on. And my good friend and I did just that with a spacious kitchen and a bump out on the dining room. The bump out was no problem when it came to the our existing Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. But the new kitchen was too much air volume to add to the existing Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. So that’s how my good friend and I ended up with the ductless heat pump. And wow, is that piece of Heating and Air Conditioning technology ever on point. Not only do my good friend and I have much more space and I have a closet of my own, my good friend and I have some awesome quality heating and air in here as well.
