I was buying all new furniture for my home office.
I didn’t care if this furniture was part of 1 set.
So long as the sofa was comfortable for curling up plus watching a movie, I was glad. I spent a few weeks searching for the perfect home office furniture, but my partner Ted liked nothing I suggested. The one sofa had high arms, which Ted thought wouldn’t be comfortable. The next sofa felt like Ted was in a healthcare worker’s waiting room. Ted liked nothing about it. I found an overstuffed sofa plus chair set that looked to be early Americana plus Ted fell in enjoy with it. He said it reminded him of the furniture Ted had in his family home. Although this was newer plus more comfortable, it gave him the vibe of being back property with his parents. Ted and I went to the furniture store to look at the sofa plus chair. Ted asked if there was an ottoman for the chair? They said they had one, but it was a solid color. I had to agree that I liked the ottoman, chair, plus sofa. I could curl up in the sofa’s corner and feel comfortable. The chair was wide enough for Ted plus our child to rest together. The person at the furniture store told me she had matching end pillows for the couch. I had already spied some soft throw pillows I wanted, so I told her not to bother. Ted and I walked out of the furniture store, knowing Ted and I would have our furniture in three afternoons. It looked so appealing in our home office.
