We won’t have to pay a hefty maintenance bill

I’ve been hearing reports of a looming recession.

People claim the rising costs are a sign that we will soon be in a recession.

The body in charge of announcing a recession is yet to make it official. But, it’s truly been getting tougher to survive. I guess the pandemic did a number on the economy, so a recession would be what follows after high inflation. If you go to the stores, food prices are high, and so is the cost of even basic necessities. Thankfully, there are some things that remain constant, and offer some discounts for customers. My partner and I are lucky that we hold what some would call recession-proof jobs. We work in the healthcare industry, and studies show it’s rarely impacted by an economic downturn. Though we earn good incomes, it’s been hard to save since things are expensive. So, we were dreading having the Heating and AC company near us come over for fall inspection. It’s important to have your heating system inspected and serviced before winter. That way, an expert can notice any parts that need replacement, including the air filter. However, we were worried the Heating and AC company had increased their service rates. Still, we had to contact them, so we bit the bullet and placed the call. The person we spoke to assured us they were still charging the same. We were happy the Heating and AC company hadn’t increased its prices, so we won’t have to pay a hefty maintenance bill. We will surely keep working with them because they take good care of their customers.
