This is welcome news for me because I love to take genuinely cold plunges in the morning – I suppose it sounds quite sadistic to you entirely – despite the fact that I just believe more energy and clarity after doing them each morning in the winters.
During the heart of the Wintertide I take a cold plunge every morning next to the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier for 15 to 20 minutes, as it genuinely charges me up for the day and puts me in a great mood afterwards with a lot of energy.
I go to this local supplier after the dip to warm up next to their radiant gas gas gas furnaces they have outside while I drink a red tea… Anyway, I think the name of the sea where I live is called the Balearic Sea, which is a smaller bay of the Mediterranean Sea and much colder than the southern side of the sea, however right now the water is 73F, however it will dip down to 55F by the time December or February rolls around. The Wintertide sea does a great job of cooling our joints down to help them heal faster from all of the volleyball I played over the previous summer. I come condo after the time at the local supplier and warm myself up even more with a sizzling water bath, compliments of our modern sizzling water heating system that I had installed a few months ago. I bought a tankless water heating system at the local supplier and it works great, keeping the water sizzling while I fill up our whole bathtub with warm water.
