I have an HVAC Tech friend of mine coming tomorrow to check out my flat and talk to me about possibly renting the room for the month of November, which would help a lot with my finances, so hopefully it works out
Normally, come the end of October we are usually getting ready to run the heat in our flat. This isn’t the case for this year though as I am still running the air conditioner most of the day. I guess we’re just having a delayed winter this year, which probably means the temperature is going to plummet very quickly when it does drop. I will probably go from using the air conditioner to using the heating within a week’s span. This is fine with me because I like warm weather, and I know that the winters here can be very long and cold and dark. So it looks like I’ll not be using any kind of climate control in November, as the temperatures are going to be in the moderate range. This is good because I live alone and I really need to watch all of my spending habits each month because I’m barely making enough money to get by. I’ve known him for a while, from the HVAC company where we work, and we’re pretty good friends so it should be okay living together for a month. If it works out we might even do a longer contract and become roommates for a whole year. This is nice because he can help me work on the HVAC system if we have any problems with it during the winter.
