Occasionally it can particularly be a struggle to be a realtor, most of the time it’s fun and rewarding; however, sometimes you end up with those clients who are just particularly difficult to please and that can make your life particularly angry, that is what happens to myself and others once in a while… I always try to befriend most of my clients.
However, once in a while, I end up with one who doesn’t particularly click with myself and others for some unknown reason.
The past 2 times that this has happened, it has just so happened to be with an actual heating, ventilation, and A/C serviceman and his family… Now I’m starting to believe that maybe heating, ventilation, and A/C servicemen might just be difficult to work with when it comes to finding a house! I know that sounds crazy and maybe it is. Maybe both times, it was just a fluke of some sort, then however, I know that the 2 guys that I worked with were super difficult to please for some reason. They both wanted very particular things in their homes and it all had to do with their modern heating, ventilation, and A/C systems! One actually wanted to make sure that the house had a particular kind of whole house air cleaner in it. The other one wanted to make sure that the modern house had a kitchen with radiant heated flooring and 2 wood burning fireplaces. I thought that this was an unusual request, but I looked for a locale. It was impossible to find somewhere around here love that in their price range; however, they were unwilling to budge. The thing was that they just didn’t want to do any heating and cooling work on any house that they moved into.
