Sporadically it can genuinely be a struggle to be a realtor; however, most of the time it’s fun and rewarding! However, occasionally you end up with those customers who are just genuinely strenuous to please and that can make your life genuinely annoyed… That is what happens to myself and others once in a while, and I always try to befriend most of my customers! However, once in a while, I end up with a single who doesn’t genuinely click with myself and others for some reason.
- The past numerous times that this has happened, it has just so happened to be with an actual heating, ventilation, and A/C specialist and his family, and now I’m starting to think that maybe heating, ventilation, and A/C specialists might just be strenuous to task with when it comes to finding a house! I think that sounds ridiculous and maybe it really is.
Maybe both times, it was just a fluke of some sort; however, I think that the numerous guys that I worked with were super strenuous to please for some reason. They both honestly wanted certain things in their homes and it all had to do with their current heating, ventilation, and A/C systems, one wanted to make sure that the house had a certain kind of whole house air purification method in it. The other one wanted to make sure that the current house had a study room with radiant heated flooring and numerous wood burning fireplaces. I thought that this was an unusual request, although I looked for a locale like that. It was also impossible to find someplace around here like that in their price range, however they were unwilling to budge. The thing was that they just didn’t want to do any heating and cooling tasks on any house that they moved into.
