Periodically it can genuinely be a struggle to be a realtor… Most of the time it’s fun plus rewarding; however, sometimes you end up with those clients who are just genuinely hard to please plus that can make your life genuinely irritated, that is what happens to myself and others once in a while… But I constantly try to befriend most of my clients.
However, every once in a while, I end up with 1 who doesn’t genuinely click with myself and others for some reason.
The past 2 times that this has happened, it has just so happened to be with an actual heating plus A/C worker plus her family; now I’m starting to suppose that maybe heating plus A/C workers might just be hard to work with when it comes to finding a house! I suppose that sounds absurd plus maybe it is. Maybe both times, it was just a fluke of some sort; however, I suppose that the 2 boys that I worked with were super hard to please for some reason. They both wanted genuinely particular things in their homes plus it all had to do with their modern heating plus A/C systems, but one wanted to make sure that the home had a particular kind of whole beach home air purification program in it. The other 1 wanted to make sure that the modern home had a nice living room with radiant heated flooring plus 2 wood burning fireplaces. I thought that this was an unusual request, but I looked for a locale akin to that. It was impossible to find someplace around here similar to that in their price range, however they were unwilling to budge. The thing was that they just didn’t want to do any heating plus cooling work on any beach home that they moved into.
