The other night when we went to the movies, it got so hot inside of the theater that we were in that I ended up having to get up and leave! I thought that I was going to throw up because I was so hot. All of that butter on the popcorn coupled with the high temperatures inside of the theater did not do me any favors, that’s for sure. I was feeling kind of sick anyway, and then when the place started heating up more and more, I started to think that I was going to throw up. That was terrible and I couldn’t tell what was going on in the movie at all because I couldn’t even concentrate. It was one of those things that shocked me because it hit me all of a sudden. I sat there and felt worse and worse as the time went on, and the air conditioning just never came on to start cooling the theater down the way that it should have. I don’t know if they had been having issues with the HVAC system in the whole theater or if it was just the area where my movie was playing, but by the time the movie was about halfway through, I was so hot that I could not stand it anymore. I ended up getting up out of my seat and leaving the theater because I needed to get out into some fresh air. I can’t believe that they would be running their business with such terrible indoor air quality! It was an awful night, that’s for sure.
