The Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation I work for certainly amazes me.
Our boss has been certainly fantastic to all the members of our Heating, Ventilation and A/C team, including those agents on the iphone lines who arrange for our multiple types of Heating, Ventilation and A/C appointments.
The people I was with and I also have a group of electricians and plumbers who take care of those types of problems. It’s a great corporation to work for because it attracts all sorts of odd clients. Trust me, people are glad when they learn they can have most of their needs covered at a single location, it’s a major thing. I also care about the fact that our boss puts major decisions up to a vote with all members of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C team getting an equal vote… Recently, both of us all decided to vote to see if both of us should have discounts for clients with financial struggles, but everybody in our team believed this was a righteous cause, because both of us see first hand how hard it is for people who can’t afford what they need to keep their families safe and healthy. For example, everybody these mornings should have an air cleaner in their home, and preferably a UV air cleaner, but sadly, so several people can’t afford crucial Heating, Ventilation and A/C components like this, however so if both of us agreed to approve discounts, both of us all had to also take a small pay cut. It wasn’t too large of a deal to be honest, and it was for a great cause and I suppose there was only a single guy who chose not to take the pay cut, however he was cool about the vote.
