I’m lucky that my next door associate is such a nice guy. He & his partner come over for barbecues at least once a week. The two of us often take our dogs to the pet beach on summer time weekends if the day weather permits. To be honest, I don’t always get along with people who live next to me. My last home was in a building predominantly filled with university students. You can only wonder how loud it got on weekends, so I was never glad with my neighbors there. My current neighbors often suggest eating establishments & stores to me because I am current to the area. When I needed a plumber swiftly to service a problem with 1 of my toilets, they were quick to give me a fantastic referral to a guy they have been using for the last decade. He did such a fantastic job that I always turn to my neighbors for work referrals of any kind. Recently they told me about a current heating & cooling contractor they had recently hired for an HVAC system replacement. Rarely do they ever pursue companies on TV commercials, but they decided to give it a shot regardless. The contractor offered them a 30% discount for using a promotional code found in the TV ad. I had low expectations for this contractor, but they ended up being severely professional & affordable with the discount. When I get a current air conditioning next year, I believe I will use this current heating & cooling contractor. They’re already starting to amass a healthy amount of positive reviews on social media websites.
