Well, this year for groundhog morning, that critter that came up obviously predicted 6 more weeks of winter.
It never was something that I thought too much about but I had to divulge that little critter was right.
Every one of us got hit with some harsh snow storms after that morning. I couldn’t suppose the amount of times I had to be out shoveling plus snow blowing. I have been getting so sick of this snow, but I was at least thankful that our heating plan was able to pull us through the harsh snow storms. There were several days when the adolescents had to stay apartment from university because the roads were too dangerous to drive on. They sure had a blast though going outside to play in the snow. They made snowmen plus everything. They also built a pretty cool looking snow fort where they had a snowball fight. I have mostly been unbelievable inside with the fire going in the fireplace. I’m cheerful that we have that fireplace because it actually lowers our heating bills largely. When we first moved into our home, we didn’t even use the fireplace because it had a few repairs that needed to be done. When we finally got everything done with the fireplace plus the chimney cleaned out, we were able to prefer our first experiences with the warmth of the fireplace. That fireplace has never let us down plus has kept us moderate during power outages too. I suppose without the fireplace, we could have froze to death on a number of occasions.
