My mom just got a new fireplace, and now, I want a fireplace.
- I don’t really need the extra heat in my house because my house gets really warm.
I probably wouldn’t even turn the actual heat part of the fireplace on. I would just let the fake flames make my house feel even more cozy. There is just something about the look of fireplaces that I really love. The heat that they put off is just a bonus to me. I know that most people who have fireplaces actually use them to heat their house or at least heat part of their house. I am not going to lie, I would love to live in a house that was heated by a fireplace or wood stove like many houses back in the olden days. Unfortunately for me, my house is where I am going to be staying for a while. It has a nice heating system, and I really don’t need a fireplace to add more heat to my already hot house. It gets very warm in my house whenever I have the furnace on even if I only set the temperature to seventy degrees. It normally gets close to eighty degrees. I should probably get that checked out by a professional, but I honestly like it when my house is really warm and cozy. My mom’s new fireplace is so beautiful, and it adds so much to the cozy feeling of her house. I may end up actually getting a fireplace just for the looks of it. I am not sure if I want to spend that kind of money just for aesthetics or not.
