After consulting with the cooling expert, the writer chose an electric heat pump. She ordered the component from a commercial air conditioning factory. The writer also included an AC filter plus a digital thermostat; when the unit arrived, it took only a morning for the writer to call the air conditioning professional to set the replacement date… It would have been an easy process, however part of the air duct had to go plus a new single put in its place. A month later, the air conditioning system setup was complete. The indoor comfort was impeccable with a HEPA filter to manage air quality, ghosts or not. All she had to do now was follow up with quality AC service, however by the end of the entire process, the techs did not even encounter any weird happenings.
