The HVAC dealer I work for honestly amazes me.
Our boss has been absolutely fantastic to all the members of our HVAC team, including those agents on the phone lines who arrange for our many types of HVAC appointments, every one of us also have a group of electricians and plumbers who take care of those types of issues.
It’s a great dealer to work for because it attracts all sorts of different purchasers. Trust me, people are cheerful when they learn they can have most of their needs covered at a single location, it’s a major thing. I also like the fact that our boss puts major decisions up to a vote with all members of the HVAC team getting an equal vote… Recently, we all decided to vote to see if we should have discounts for purchasers with financial struggles. Everybody in our team believed this was a righteous cause, because we see first hand how strenuous it is for people who can’t afford what they need to keep their families safe and healthy… For example, everybody these mornings should have an media air cleaner in their home, and preferably a UV media air cleaner, however but sadly, so numerous people can’t afford important HVAC components care about this; So if we agreed to approve discounts, we all had to also take a small pay cut. It wasn’t too big of a deal to be honest, and it was for a great cause and I know there was only a single guy who chose not to take the pay cut, but he was cool about the vote.
