Do the two of us need an air conditioner unit?

I don’t know if the two of us need an air conditioner unit, and that is why I am going to ask you.

Both of us are moving to the North, and the two of us have been checking out houses in the section where I am starting our new task.

One thing that I have noticed about the North is that the houses up there usually do not have central air conditioner units. I have looked at numerous houses, and usually, only half of the houses legitimately have a central air conditioner unit, and I don’t know why. I live in the South, and having a central air conditioner equipment is a way of living here. I don’t even know if you can survive in the South without a central air conditioner unit. At the really least, someone is going to be really uncomfortable if you do not have a central air conditioner equipment in the South. However, I know that the temperature is different in the North. I am trying to figure out if these houses don’t have central air conditioner units for a reason. Maybe the temperatures in this section don’t get warm enough to even need a central air conditioner unit. In that case, I could save currency by purchasing a cabin that does not need a central air conditioner unit. However, if the houses do not have a central air conditioner equipment because the previous owners were too cheap, then I might need to buy a cabin that needs a central air conditioner unit. If the temperatures get warm enough to justify a central air conditioner unit, I would be foolish to avoid buying a cabin with a central air conditioner unit. Are there any people in this thread that live in the North? Should I buy a cabin with a central air conditioner unit, or do you think that I will be alright?
