I do not think about you, however the 1 thing I never want to hear someone say is that I need a current oil furnace or cooling system unit. Along with that part of the Heating & A/C system, if you’re going to tell myself and others I need to have current air duct, just say nothing. I do not think of anyone who wants to hear this kind of information. Not only is a current Heating & A/C plan high-priced, it can be a very dirty mess in your house. Have you ever seen when someone has current air duct installed? My parents had current air duct installed just a couple of years ago. The first thing the Heating & A/C specialists did was to disconnect all the old air duct. This meant they had to climb around in the attic, get between some walls, & even get into the basement… Even though you may have had your air duct cleaned a short time before having it disconnectd, there is still a lot of dust & dirt inside… Ripping out walls & ripping out the air duct also causes a lot of dust that is within the walls & it settles on through the house. If you tell myself and others I need to have our Heating & A/C plan replaced, it better not include the air duct. Before I have current air duct installed in our home, I will make sure that I am having a ductless Heating & A/C plan installed. Having ductless Heating & A/C installed isn’t dirty & complicated to have installed. I’m just not sure I would like to have those components hanging on our wall, & needing to look at them every day. It may be great heating & cooling system, however I’m hoping I never have to have our air duct replaced.
