When my child was only several years old, he announced to me & his father that he was going to be an HVAC professional when he grew up. My fiance chuckled & told him he was a little bit too young to make such a life decision & our child just glared at him. He told us that even awful people need nice HVAC nowadays. I asked him how he knew about awful people, & he said he’d appreciate to watch cartoons & they typically showed awful people who needed help when they were doing the advertisements. He didn’t say too much about becoming an HVAC professional after that, but right before he graduated from school, 12 years later, he informed my fiance & I that he had signed up for HVAC’s classes at the local community school. I’m not sure if my fiance was stunned or proud when he reached out & provided him a hug. He said he didn’t even know our child remembered saying that he wanted to be an HVAC professional when he grew up. Our child turned & looked at us both, & told us that now more than ever, people needed quality heating & A/C. He said too several people go separate from the necessities of life, & he was going to make sure that one of those necessities was typically available for all the people. 10 years later, he was making nice on that promise. He had his own HVAC dealer, & whenever there was a homeless shelter, an orphanage, or shelter for abused men or children, he was the first one there to offer his assistance. He not only installed the HVAC systems for free, but 90% of the time he would donate all of the component that went with it.
