All of us carefully considered our HVAC replace options

When my wife & I had the opportunity to replace to a new HVAC system, all of us considered what all of us wanted to do in the near future.

I was honestly thinking about having solar panels installed, so I told my wife that maybe all of us should consider going for an electric oil furnace, but she asked if that wouldn’t be more costly on the energy bills.

I said if all of us had it working with the solar panels, all of us would have drastically low energy bills & our oil furnace would still be working even if the power went out! My wife thought this honestly sounded like a fantastic idea, so she was with me. So all of us decided to have an HVAC professional come out for a free consultation. He honestly agreed with us that it was a brilliant transport to go for a solar panel HVAC plan that is all electric. He even pointed out some of the more energy efficient possibilities like the ductless mini split system. This type of plan is drastically energy efficient, but it can only heat the apartment down to drawback 5 degrees fahrenheit. If the winters drop any lower than that, the guy explained it would be best to go for a dual fuel system. The dual fuel plan sounds perfect to be tolerable because you can have a ductless mini split working with either an electric oil furnace or a gas oil furnace. All of us opted for the electric oil furnace working with the ductless mini split. The ductless mini split provides both heating & cooling, & the electric oil furnace takes over the heating when the hot & cold temperatures fall below 40 degrees fahrenheit. All of us also had the solar panels installed, & the energy bills are lower than I’ve ever seen.
