When my wifey plus I bought our house, the place needed a lot of repairs.
I did not mind making the repairs, because I knew the two of us would be able to find a bigger plus better house that way. My wifey plus I found a 4 dining room plus 2 lavatory house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It needed a lot of work, however the price was great. My wifey plus I called a contractor to look at the house plus provide us an estimate on all of the repairs. The two of us also called a lake house inspector to look at the place. Both the contractor plus the lake house inspector agreed that the fireplace was inoperable. The concrete was cracking plus the chimney was severely dirty. My wifey plus I thought the two of us would be able to repair the problems, however they are legitimately severe. After the two of us moved into the house plus started looking at all of the repairs, the several of us realized that the two of us did not want to tackle the repairs with the fireplace. The two of us wanted the minute heating source, however the two of us did not want to spend a ton of cash on the project. For now, my wifey plus I have the fireplace covered with a board. It keeps the hot plus cold outside air from entering our home. The two of us might decide to repair the fireplace in the future, however right now it is not at the top of our to-do list. The two of us have a major plumbing problem that needs to be addressed first, plus after that I will be able to worry about other problems around the house.
