My sister really wants to transport to the southern area of the country where it’s warm.
She keeps on threatening to move, & this year I guess that she might really mean it.
She says that she’s genuinely just sick & tired of having to do all of the heating repair & heating service work on her new lake apartment & she wants to be able to save money on heating bills every winter! I keep telling her that even if she is saving money on heating bills by moving to the south, she’s still going to be spending money on finding ways to help with indoor comfort at her new house! Without worrying about heating bills, she’s just going to be worrying more about a/c costs once she moves down there, and having the right indoor air conditions in your lake apartment in the south is even more important because you have to be really careful about the humidity levels down there. If you don’t have a high quality cooling system that will take care of some of the humidity, then you’re going to end up with a lake apartment that’s full of mold! I feel that isn’t what she wants, however it’s just the reality of the situation. I feel that she wants to live somewhere that’s not an issue when it comes to dealing with her Heating, Ventilation & A/C system, even though I just don’t feel if a locale savor that exists. I guess it all comes down to whether she wants to pay money for heating or for cooling. It’s the same difference.
