I would answer questions or transport their calls to Heating plus Air Conditioning servicemans. If a homeowner used our emergency hotline I would reach an Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman, provide them the address plus have them go check out the problem with the Heating plus Air Conditioning system. Since I worked there for three years I had a lot of knowledge with an Heating plus Air Conditioning system.
