She didn’t redo her household because it was old plus she wanted to renovate it, she was practically forced to do her whole household again.
There was a flood that sent over eight feet of water into her home. The rivers rose plus poured over the water table plus went through the valley. It was devastating seeing my friend lose everything on her first floor. She had family pictures that she had to get rid of, furniture, plus other valuables. It’s been about two years since the flood happened plus they are almost finished with the home. They had to completely gut out the walls to get rid of the mildew. They had to buy all new heating plus cooling vents, HVAC duct plus a new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. Some of this is easily costly plus their household insurance didn’t cover most of it. Therefore my friends plus I raised some currency for her through the venues that my friend and I labor at so she could purchase new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. I received a call from her the other day explaining to me that they also had to tear up their floor as well because they forgot that they had radiant floor heating. This was going to cost them a few more thousand dollars as well. That week I presented her the amount of currency that my friend and I collected plus she was thankful plus made sure that the currency would go to all of the heating plus cooling device that was needed.
