My family plus I typically try to go on getaways when our teenagers get out of school for the summer… Last year my friend and I decided to go out west plus explore some of the deserts plus national parks out there.
This summer time my husband wanted to go somewhere hot plus near the water.
I told his that my friend and I could go down south plus try to rent a home on the beach. My friend and I looked online to try plus find a fantastic priced home that my friend and I could rent. A lot of people that own houses that live in them seasonally plus will rent out their houses when they are not living in them. My friend and I found one home that was only $900 for a week. I thought that was a fantastic price considering the fact that when my friend and I walked outside my friend and I were a few steps from the ocean. When my friend and I got there the AC was off. My friend and I flipped the switch on. After about 2 hours of being in the home I realized that there was no temperature change. My friend and I had a feeling that the a/c just did not work in the house. My friend and I decided to call the house owner plus he said that he isbeen having problems with the AC since he left. He told us to call one of the local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C servicemans plus to send him the bill. I was a little frustrated by this because I thought that the home would be fantastic to go to plus my friend and I wouldn’t have to worry about a/c on our getaway.
