She thinks she should start off with the plumbing first, but she is only doing the bedroom floor for now
Diana trusts the HVAC experts. They have done really well for themselves over the years. Her floors are in need of some updating and with their help Diana plans on getting some heated flooring installed. Her beach house is getting up there in age so she must focus on doing upgrades. When Diana was much younger she was given this beach house after her folks passed. She said she would be on top of things and over the years Diana hasn’t. Frankly, anyone who comes over can see the troubles that she has. The plumbing is old, the gutters are starting to fall off the beach house and there is a crack in the house foundation. Diana is better off selling it and moving on from this mess, but her parents left it to her and she can’t let it go. So now Diana is having the HVAC experts from the Heating and Air Conditioning company come out and do her floors. She does have the money. Unfortunately, over the years Diana has been wasting it on clothes and bags, and going out for a lot of dates. She hasn’t found the right guy. Diana thinks she is just too picky or she loves having her own space. She is sure the right one will eventually come. These radiant heated floors are going to be amazing. Diana will have the Heating and Air Conditioning company install more heated flooring after she upgrades the piping installed. That is really tied up to happen at the end of the week.
