Getaways are great, and this one is amazing.
Mark has been on getaway for about days now and he ran into other Heating and Air Conditioning workers in the area.
It turns out they own their own Heating and Air Conditioning business. Mark finds this really interesting because he wouldn’t know how it would be to run an Heating and Air Conditioning company with a brother if he had one. Mark started out as an Heating and Air Conditioning worker when he was 19 years old and did it all on his own. He moved out when he was 18 and tried to figure out his life. One day Mark was looking through the local paper and saw opening positions that would train you and he took the risk. 25 years later Mark runs his own Heating and Air Conditioning business with 30 or so heating and cooling workers that work for him. He doesn’t do much at all anymore. Mark remembers the grind, being on call, loss of sleep, and little to no time to spend with family or friends. He can’t say he doesn’t do some of those things because he does. Mark still loves attending to his clients and seeing their smiles. It helps him with his depression as he can do something nice to counterbalance it. Mark is excited to be on this getaway and he has no one to worry about. Spending this time alone with no worries is also relaxing. Mark believes his anxiety won’t build up which is nice. He still has four days of this so he is going to soak it in. Also, he can’t wait to get back home and see all the people.
