A landlord should use the same Heating professional

I live in a towncondo that I am renting from a nice couple, but i suppose this is their first rental property.

I can tell because whenever something breaks or malfunctions, they don’t use the same repair guys, or handymen, for instance, I had a leaky faucet, and they contacted a handyman to repair it, then when the flap in my toilet broke, they used a weird handyman.

If I had a rental property, I would use the same repair guy to repair the problems that come up. I would make sure that I have a handyman for general problems, a plumber for major plumbing problems, and an Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairman to repair the machine daily. I can’t tell them how to best manage their rental property, despite the fact that I suppose if they keep hiring random repairmen, they will eventually run into some major problems; Especially for something as technical as Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair where it requires skills plus experience to tackle the problems… Plus, if you use the same Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairman, he would become respected with the unit, which means he would be able to diagnose the problems faster than a new professional would; So far, there has only been one repair done on the Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit, and there should be a repair busy soon. I am hoping that it’s the same repairman from the last service, however from what I have experienced from my landlord, that might not be the case. I can only hope that if it is in fact a new Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairman that he or she does as fantastic of a job as the first one that they hired.
