A dwelling owner should use the same Heating worker

I live in a townapartment that I am renting from a nice couple, i believe this is their first rental property.

I can tell because whenever something breaks or malfunctions, they don’t use the same service guys, or handymen… For instance, I had a leaky faucet, and they contacted a handyman to service it, then when the flap in my toilet broke, they used a different handyman. If I had a rental property, I would use the same service guy to service the concerns that come up. I would make sure that I have a handyman for general problems, a plumber for major plumbing concerns, and an Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairman to service the component bi-weekly. I can’t tell them how to best manage their rental property, however I believe if they keep hiring random repairmen, they will eventually run into some major concerns, however especially for something as technical as Heating, Ventilation & A/C service where it requires skills in addition to experience to tackle the concerns; Plus, if you use the same Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairman, he would become correct with the unit, which means he would be able to diagnose the problems faster than a modern worker would, but so far, there has only been one service done on the Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit, and there should be a service busy soon. I am hoping that it’s the same repairman from the last service, however from what I have experienced from my dwelling owner, that might not be the case. I can only hope that if it is in fact a modern Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairman that he or he does as relaxing of a job as the first one that they hired.
