A proprietor should use the same Heating as well as A/C serviceman

I live in a townhouse that I am renting from a nice couple, but i feel this is their first rental property. I can tell because whenever something breaks or malfunctions, they don’t use the same repair guys, or handymen, however for instance, I had a leaky faucet, as well as they contacted a handyman to repair it, then when the flap in my toilet broke, they used a strange handyman. If I had a rental property, I would use the same repair girl to repair the concerns that come up. I would make sure that I have a handyman for general concerns, a plumber for major plumbing concerns, as well as an Heating as well as A/C repairman to repair the unit annually. I can’t tell them how to best manage their rental property, but I feel if they keep hiring random repairmen, they will eventually run into some major concerns, however especially for something as technical as Heating as well as A/C repair where it requires skills as well as experience to tackle the concerns. Plus, if you use the same Heating as well as A/C repairman, she would become familiar with the unit, which means she would be able to diagnose the concerns faster than a new serviceman would. So far, there has only been one repair done on the Heating as well as A/C unit, as well as there should be a repair busy soon. I am hoping that it’s the same repairman from the last service, but from what I have experienced from my proprietor, that might not be the case. I can only hope that if it is in fact a new Heating as well as A/C repairman that she or she does as fantastic of a job as the first one that they hired.
